Not all the orders are recorded in my account

Why not all of my orders as a partner’s are recorded in my account?

There are few possible causes:

  • You have ordered one of physical servers, they are not engaged in partners program.
  • You have disabled cookies from our website in your browser.

The solution is making orders just after going to the website with partner’s link or with direct link from partner’s control panel. If so, you can be sure, that your order will be fixed.
