Mail from Mirohost

What is mail for your domain?

Domain mail is a corporate or personal email created on your own domain (for example, info@mycompany.com). It uses your website domain for email addresses, which increases professionalism, customer trust, and allows you to centrally manage employee accounts, as well as add uniqueness.

We offer several options for using mail on our servers.

On shared hosting tariffs (packages Mini / Site / Portal) and virtual server tariffs eVPS our general mail server is used for mail operations.
Since a large number of clients work on this server, certain restrictions apply to ensure security and prevent the spread of spam, in particular:

  • it is allowed to send up to 100 letters from one domain mailbox within 30 minutes.
    If this limit is exceeded, the mailbox is blocked for 30 minutes, after which it is automatically unblocked;

  • one letter can have up to 35 recipients (including copies and blind copies);

  • the maximum number of letters in one mailbox is 30,000. After reaching this limit, the reception of new letters is suspended;

  • if the tariff mail quota is exceeded, receiving incoming mail to all domain mailboxes is suspended, but sending letters remains possible.

It is impossible to change the mail quota on shared hosting and eVPS virtual server tariffs.

If you need to change the email sending quotas, configure spam filters to your needs, add IP addresses to the black-list or white-list, or have more space for mail than for the site, we recommend considering dedicated server options.

For example, a dedicated server with a +Smart panel is a separate server with its own mail server, the administration of which is carried out by Mirohost technical support. On such servers, you can make changes to the mail server configuration, but changes are made according to the request of the service owner. You can also consider the rates of dedicated servers Dedicated or Cloud — they provide root access, so management and configuration of the software on such servers is performed by the client. On such servers, you can install your own mail server and configure it according to your requirements. Dedicated and Cloud servers are provided without a pre-installed OS, Mirohost support does not have access to the server, respectively, full management is performed by the client.
